Dr. Bush is the Founder and President of LCU. She is the Co-founder of Bush Ministries and Bush Publishing & Associates—serving Christian authors nationwide. She was the founder and CEO of two successful coaching firms before combining the programs and coaching into LCU.
After graduating from Bible College, Dr. Bush co-pastored for over 28 years, building a highly successful church launch alongside her late husband, Rev. Bill Bush. She later taught as an adjunct at her alma mater, completed her degree in Music and Theater, and went on to earn her Doctorate in Theology.
In addition to her ministry education, she became a Senior Business Analyst—coaching businesses for expansion, reviewing company financials, and providing tax strategy for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

The LCU School of Entrepreneurship trains students to build, scale, and sustain businesses that create value and advance Kingdom impact. Through accredited degree and certificate programs, students learn the principles of successful entrepreneurship, the mechanics of business development, and the strategic use of technology and modern tools that drive growth in today’s marketplace.
Students receive training in business planning, finance, branding, marketing, leadership, economics, operations, and digital innovation—all grounded in biblical values and a mission-driven purpose of serving people through enterprise.
Graduates emerge prepared to launch new ventures, expand existing organizations, or serve in leadership roles across diverse industries. The result is more than a credential; it is a transformative education that empowers students to work in their field of passion with clarity, competence, and excellence.

After Margo attended Bible College, where she met her late husband, Rev. Bill Bush, and got married fifty-nine days later, they began serving with Willie George Ministries. Soon they began appearing on The Gospel Bill Show and traveling full-time with Willie George Ministries as Cowboy Bill & Ms Margo.
Their characters, Cowboy Bill & Ms. Margo, brought “The Salvation Station” to churches across America when they weren't doing children's ministry conventions with Willie George Ministries. We shaped a generation of children’s pastors and children's ministry leaders during that time.
"I am so honored to have been a part of the Gospel Bill Show. It was the greatest move of God the church has ever seen in children's ministry. Church children's ministry was never the same after the ministry of Willie George and The Gospel Bill Show."
